Return / Cancellation Policy

Withdrawal – Return / Replacement of Products
(a) Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this Agreement without cause within 7 calendar days of the day your product is delivered. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract with a clear statement via the website’s contact form.
If you withdraw from the purchase, you must return the product (s) to the condition you received them with the sales receipt. The product (s) must not be used in any way, have all of their compounds in place and their packaging must not be damaged. Refunds cannot be refunded if the product (s) have been used or damaged. Return is made to the Supplier without undue delay and in any event within 7 calendar days of the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the market. In this case you will be charged with the direct cost-expense of returning the goods.
Returns of the item (s) are accepted only if the Client has previously paid the shipping costs for his / her return. Likewise, the company is obliged to refund the price it received (excluding the additional costs due to your choice to use the delivery method that is charged to the company), without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days of receiving the return / the goods. The company will execute the refund by depositing into a bank account that the customer will indicate. In any case, you will not be charged for such refund.
b) Return / Replacement of Products
In order to complete the return of the item it is necessary to fulfill the following conditions:
1. Product returns may be accepted within 7 days of receipt.
2. The product must be purchased exclusively from www.zayiana.com/b2b.
3. The defective product shall be replaced only by the same product or by any other product which is made upon agreement.

2. It is imperative that you send us a photo of the item at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we have a better understanding of the situation, in order to be able to contact you to confirm the acceptance of the return.
3. Pack the product so that it is fully protected during shipment. In the case that the product(s) are not properly packaged (in their initial packaging) and arrive in a damaged state, the company is not obliged to proceed in a refund of new products to the client or any refund of payment.
4. In case the product has a defect or error in your order, send the parcel to the courier company that we will indicate to you using the customer code we will indicate to you and the shipping costs will be handled by our company.
* Please note that shipping costs are charged by our business only in the event of a mistake or defective product. In all other cases the costs are borne by the client.
